What Is the White-Label Add-On?

Overview

The White-Label add-on removes Merlonix branding from your status pages and unlocks custom domains (serving a status page on your own subdomain, e.g. status.yourcompany.com).

Price

• $39 / month, or $390 / year.
• It is an add-on to an existing subscription — billed as an extra line item on your current plan, not a separate subscription.

Requirements

• Available on the Agency plan and higher.
• Added from Billing in the left sidebar.

What it unlocks

• Custom domains for status pages (see Add a Custom Domain to Your Status Page).
• Removal of Merlonix branding from your public status pages.

Enabling it

1. Go to Billing.
2. Enable the White-Label add-on. The change applies immediately and is prorated by Stripe against your current billing period.

Removing it

You can remove the add-on from Billing at any time. Any custom domain you have already attached remains manageable, but you will not be able to attach new custom domains while the add-on is off, and Merlonix branding returns to your status pages.
