How to Manage Your Subscription

Accessing the Stripe Billing Portal
Go to Billing → Manage billing. This opens Stripe Customer Portal where you can:
- Update your credit card
- Download past invoices
- Cancel your subscription
Pausing your subscription
Go to Billing → Pause subscription. Your account stays active but billing pauses for up to 3 months.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by the Merlonix team. Open a support ticket with your account email and reason. We offer pro-rated refunds for annual plans within 30 days of payment.
