Trial to Paid Conversion

How the trial works

Your 14-day trial gives full Team-level access with no credit card required. At trial end:

• Payment method on file: subscription begins automatically
• No payment method: account becomes read-only — you keep full read access and monitoring keeps running, but adding or editing is locked until you subscribe (not deleted)

Adding a payment method during trial

Go to Billing → select a plan → Stripe Checkout. Your trial continues until the original end date.

Trial extension

If you need more time, open a support ticket. We extend trials for teams actively evaluating Merlonix.

What happens to my data?

All assets, checks, alerts, and attestations are preserved for 30 days after trial expiry.
