For agencies

Resell monitoring as your own deliverable.

Hand your clients branded, client-ready SSL, DNS and uptime reports — and status pages on your own domain, with no “Powered by Merlonix” badge. You pay one add-on cost, package it into your retainer as a line item, and keep the margin. Merlonix runs the engine; your brand is on the surface.

The sample is a real branded PDF for any domain you enter — no signup.

What you deliver

The client sees your brand, not ours.

Four client-facing surfaces, all carrying your agency’s identity — each one a live capability, not a promise.

Branded, client-ready reports

Client-ready PDF reports carrying your agency name and logo, not ours. Hand a client a polished SSL/DNS/security report that looks like it came from your shop — because, to them, it did.

Status pages on your own domain

Put a live status page for each client on a subdomain you control — status.theirbrand.com — with automatic TLS. Your client sees your brand and their own domain, never a shared Merlonix URL.

No “Powered by Merlonix” badge

The white-label add-on removes the Merlonix badge from your client-facing status pages. The tooling underneath stays invisible — the deliverable is yours.

One workspace, every client

Run all your clients from a single Merlonix workspace: add their assets, watch SSL expiry, DNS, security headers, uptime and vendor outages, and generate a branded report for each on demand.

How the resale works

01

Add the white-label add-on

Enable white-label on an Agency-tier (or higher) workspace. It unlocks custom-domain status pages and badge-free client surfaces. See the pricing page for the current add-on cost.

02

Brand it as yours

Set your agency name and logo on the reports, and point each client’s status page at a subdomain you own. The Merlonix name comes off the client-facing surfaces.

03

Package it into your retainer

Fold “continuous website & certificate monitoring + a monthly branded report” into your existing client retainer or maintenance plan as its own line item — the same way you already bill hosting, backups, or SEO.

04

Keep the margin

Your tooling cost is a fraction of what agencies bill for monitoring and reporting inside a retainer. What you charge the client — and the margin between that and your add-on cost — is entirely yours. We don’t set your prices or take a cut.

Why resell reporting

Reporting is billable, not overhead

Most agencies already assemble a “here’s how your site is doing” update by hand every month. A branded, generated report turns that unpaid busywork into a deliverable you can put a price on — and stop doing manually.

A retainer line item clients keep paying for

A recurring, visible monitoring + reporting line reminds the client every month what you’re protecting them from — expired certs, DNS mistakes, silent outages. Visible value is renewed value; it’s a retention lever, not just revenue.

Your brand on the surface, our engine underneath

You get an enterprise-grade monitoring stack — SSL/TLS, DNS, DNSSEC, security headers, uptime, vendor-outage awareness — without building or staffing it. Clients see your brand; you don’t carry the engineering.

What we promise — and what we don’t

Your brand and your margin are yours.

The white-label add-on removes our name from your client-facing reports and status pages and lets you serve them from your own domain. What we do notdo: set your client prices, take a percentage of what you charge, resell on your behalf, or guarantee a specific margin. You decide how to package and price it; the markup is entirely yours. And the underlying monitoring is exactly what we ship on every plan — real SSL, DNS, header and uptime checks, no fabricated grades.

Common questions

What exactly is white-labeled?

The client-facing surfaces: the PDF reports carry your agency name and logo instead of ours, the status pages live on a subdomain you own (status.yourclient.com) with automatic TLS, and the “Powered by Merlonix” badge is removed from those status pages. Merlonix runs the monitoring underneath; your client sees your brand.

Can I really put a client’s status page on my own domain?

Yes. With the white-label add-on you point a subdomain you control at Merlonix and it provisions a TLS certificate automatically, so the client’s status page is served from status.theirbrand.com (or any host you choose) rather than a shared Merlonix URL. It is a live capability, not a mockup.

How should I price this to my clients?

That is entirely your call — we do not set your client prices or take a percentage. Agencies typically fold continuous monitoring and a monthly branded report into an existing retainer or maintenance plan as a line item, priced against the value of catching an expired certificate or a silent outage before the client does. Your cost is the add-on; the markup and margin are yours to keep.

Do my clients need their own Merlonix accounts?

No. You run every client from your single agency workspace and generate their branded report or status page yourself. Your client interacts with your brand — the report you send and the status page on your domain — not with a Merlonix login.

Can I see a sample branded report before I commit?

Yes — the free audit-report tool generates a real, branded, client-ready PDF for any domain you enter, no signup required. Run it on a client’s domain to see exactly the kind of deliverable you would be reselling.

How much does the white-label add-on cost?

The white-label add-on is available on the Agency tier and above; see the pricing page for the current price. There are no per-client or per-report fees on top of it — one add-on covers your whole workspace.
