How Vendor Status Monitoring Works

What vendors does Merlonix monitor?

Merlonix monitors 11 infrastructure vendors: Stripe, Cloudflare, AWS, OpenAI, Anthropic, Vercel, GitHub, Shopify, Slack, Google Cloud, and Azure.

How are vendor incidents surfaced?

Every 5 minutes, Merlonix fetches each vendor status page. When an incident is detected:

1. Our AI agent classifies the impact level (none / degraded / partial_outage / major_outage)
2. We check which of your stack tags overlap with affected vendor components
3. Only tenants with overlapping stack tags receive an alert

Setting your stack tags

Go to Settings → Team profile → Stack tags. Add tags for the services your app depends on (e.g. payments.checkout, hosting.edge_runtime, network.cdn).
