Factors
| Signal | Weight |
|---|---|
| Assets monitored | High |
| Checks active | High |
| Alerts acknowledged | Medium |
| Login recency | Medium |
| Attestations present | Low |
Thresholds
- 0–39: Critical — mostly inactive
- 40–69: At-risk — some signals missing
- 70–89: Healthy
- 90–100: Excellent
Score below 40 triggers a re-engagement email.
