Checks Not Running

My asset hasn't been checked recently

Check the check interval

Go to Assets → select the asset → confirm the check interval. Minimum is 15 minutes.

Is the asset active?

If the asset is paused, checks stop. Confirm the status badge shows Active.

Is the hostname resolvable?

If the hostname does not resolve, the SSL check fails silently. Try:

nslookup your-hostname.com

Check the alert history

Go to Alerts and look for check_failed alerts for your asset.
