Client Reports and Subscribers

Reports for each client

From a client's detail view (Clients → open a client, /app/clients/detail/) you can produce a monitoring report covering that client's assets and share it with them.

Report subscribers

Add the client's email addresses as report subscribers. Active subscribers automatically receive the monthly report; if a client has no active subscribers, the monthly send is skipped. You can remove a subscriber at any time.

Generate on demand

Use Generate previous-month report to build a snapshot for the previous calendar month right now. This is a preview/refresh — it does not email subscribers. When the PDF is ready you get a shareable link (valid for 180 days) and can open it with View PDF.

What the report contains

• A summary: assets monitored, checks run, total and critical alerts, and an auto-written headline.
• Certificate health: each asset's SSL status and days until expiry.
• DNS health: each asset's latest DNS status.
• Alerts for the period, newest first.
• Upcoming items: certificates expiring within 60 days.
• Site-crawl findings (broken links, mixed content, sitemap errors) where crawl monitoring is enabled.

Reports inherit the client's branding (logo and colour) so they look like they come from you.
